Are you still on Dreamhost? The new spam catcher cut my spam down from 5-10 messages a day to 1 every few days.

No, I'm not using Dreamhost for mail at all, I'm afraid.

Pair has had Spam Assassin running for quite a while now, and I've found it to be quite effective. How is it working for you?

Caroline said:

Unfortunately, Spam Assassin is a little trigger happy when it comes to mailform based e-mail.

... and Spam Assassin only labels the subjects as **SPAM**. It doesn't delete anything. I just don't want to see the stuff anymore.

Firetrust (where Mailwasher comes from) is beta-testing another system where you upload supect emails and a real life human operator checks to see if it's really spam. Other users on the network won't receive the spam after verification.
