Death to spammers

I’ve got a (sinking) feeling spammers are on to Knowspam. They are now increasingly using my own e-mail addresses to send me spam. I wonder how these wankers live with themselves. Scum. ‘Daddy? What do you do for a living?’ ‘I contribute to ruining a beautiful concept, child.’

    I saw a rash of these types of emails coming through this weekend… I’m honestly surprised more of them don’t do this.

    Isn’t this easily overcome by unwhitelisting your own e-mail address? I mean, how often do you need to send e-mail to yourself from your own address?

    I send e-mail to myself all the time.

    Yes, me too, but then I just fill in another e-mailadress as the from address (it doesn’t even have to exist). I don’t know your e-mailsetup though, so it is probably not possible for you then.
