It's A Sin - just, just . . . just because. Oh, OK, the subject matter, the gothic pomposity and the Chris Lowe's way with a synthesiser. When I first heard that record, I kind of began to understand 'stuff'.

Always on my mind - the 12" mix on Introspective. Not actually a PSB song, I know, but so, so brilliant.
If we're saying "song" rather than "recording", then Being Boring, with Left To My Own Devices running a close second and A Red Letter Day coming in at third.
(If we were saying "recording", then I might have picked Go West, Always On My Mind, or the Disco Mix of What Have I Done To Deserve This.)

What Have I Done To Deserve This? or You Only Tell Me You Love Me When You're Drunk. It changes often, though.
Always On My Mind too. I'd never heard the original, thought it was beautiful.
It's A Sin. Even though it brings back memories of an awful seaside discotheque in the town where I spent my teenage.
