My meal tonight is a poor man's fusion. I cooked a simple curry (chicken, potatoe, lentils) and had it with (saffron) risotto - pre-fab, add water and stir type. I added the last remains of my jar of chutney and the sweet fruityness of the chutney combined with the soft medicinal quality of the risotto made me think perhaps risotto could be eaten for dessert, after all, it's not too different from rice pudding. A quick search uncovered warm sweet risotto. I wonder if it would work with mango and banana.
