Listenlab, the people who make 'audblog', are taking subscription money from my PayPal account despite the fact that told them I wanted to cancel my subscription months ago. Anybody else got the same problem? (update: their FAQ now tells me I need to unsubscribe via PayPal. What kind of baloney is that?)

I sent them an email saying that there was no way to change what weblogs I had set up to use the service, which is kind of important now that I have a new one and 13 audblog entries waiting to be used. That was several weeks ago, maybe? No response, not even an autoreply.

Exactly, they don't answer their mail at all. Pass it on people. Audblog sucks!
