Sesame chocolate
I had black sesame ice cream at a Japanese restaurant here in Amsterdam the other day and though it had a hint of chocolate, unlike the white sesame and the green tea ice cream in the dessert.

Wow, that sounds pretty awesome. I’m a big fan of the Chinatown Ice Cream Co. here in NYC—they’ve got red bean, green tea, and ginger flavors that are awesome. (The ginger’s my favorite—big chunks of candied ginger mmmmm.) Wonder if I could suggest black sesame…
