Ah, push it, push it real good
The training scheme for my knee involves a lot of cycling, pushing and lifting of sorts with the help of machines. This to strengthen the muscles and to oil the joints.
I tried aerobics once and it reduced me to tears within 5 minutes, but I noticed there's some kind of sick pleasure to be derived from doing the machine exercises, 4x25, 5x20, 4x15, etc.
Which means I could probably get used to some kind of fitness regime if it involved machines. Now all I need to do is find a club high on ordinary people and low on bodybuilders.
If you have to train the Quadriceps vastus medialisfor stability [the ones inside], cycling is the best training above all. Apart from speed skating, but that can be dangerous for knees, I reckon.
