		<description>I have two pasta recipes I make regularly, depending on the season. Spring: Penne with zucchini, creme fraiche,  horseradish and salmon. Autumn: Pappardelle with mixed mushrooms, thyme and gorgonzola. Both are ready within 20 minutes or so, and both are absolutely delish.
