Small mercies
Since I forgot to print out my e-ticket at work on Friday and having no ink left in my printer, I had to cycle across town to Kinko's to print it out. Although I'm convinced I must have been a little grumpy, the Kinko's guy let me print out my stuff free of charge.
My trolleybag is packed. It was hard to imagine 'Dublin + heatwave = which clothes?' It's going to be 5 degrees cooler than Amsterdam, but still 27 C.
27? I'm seeing predictions of 21-23...
It IS hard to figure out what to bring. We'll only be there five/six days, right? Well I've got five pairs of shoes set aside. Help!
Shoes are the hardest. I only have a small bag, so I can only bring one pair, and one on the feet.

Oh, it looks like the BBC has got it completely wrong. You're right about the 21-23. Hmm.
Guys
Come on in to sunstroked Dublin - Yesterday evening the local gurriers were swimming in the Liffey off Butt Bridge beside Liberty Hall.
I looked closely but did not see Mr Gavin among them.
Look forward to seeing you on Thursday - who is going?
Anto, the usual crew will be there. :-)
plezier bij 'friday' !
