I was (and remain) very uncertain about what I thought of Curve.
The Blindfold EP was a fantastic debut (the Ten Little Girls video is on YouTube) and I really enjoyed it. However, after that I thought they failed to progress much. Their records became slicker and better produced, losing the rawness that had appealed to me, but they didn't really seem to develop their sound or ideas. I've listened to three other tracks on YouTube and they just confirm my opinion that the band peaked far too early and then didn't really know where to go.
I didn't like them at all back then, I didn't like that guitar sound at all. Some of my friends were into them a lot. I find that going back I appreciate a lot of that stuff more now.

So maybe I'm not so uncertain after all!
