He prol... Remember me? Long time... LOL Hope you're doing well. Sorry this comment is totally unrelated to the post. Hey, how did you do your recently played tracks on last.fm? Is that something you programmed? I haven't seen anything like that before.

Hey Tom, I was just on your site earlier this week for the first time in *years*.
But were you called Tom back then?
I do the recently played tracks with last.fm's rss feed, using an MT widget.
I was still using 3.2, which explains why I couldn't see the widget maker. Upgraded. Now I can make widgets. Works beautifully. Except that the output includes weird characters. Like so:
My Chemical Romance – Mama
Do you know how to fix that? Perhaps there is a magic tag?

I fixed it here by changing the charset meta tag in my templates to UTF-8

Fantastic! That did it! Amazing what a simple meta tag can do. LOL Thanks Car.

LOL - I change online personae like I change my hair colour these days. It's my own scramble suit, if you will. ;-) Thanks for the MT tip.
*thinks hard*
It was Jerwin back then!
Well done! LOL
Now, back to the last.fm thing. Which MT plugin do you use to make it work?
In MT 3.3 you can make widgets (in the templates/modules section)
At the bottom of that page there's an option to create a feed widget. MT tells you what to do once you click on it.
