Wow, that sounds pretty awesome. I’m a big fan of the Chinatown Ice Cream Co. here in NYC—they’ve got red bean, green tea, and ginger flavors that are awesome. (The ginger’s my favorite—big chunks of candied ginger mmmmm.) Wonder if I could suggest black sesame…<br />
