Yep. Call someone that does cargo services. When I moved back and forth, I looked around. Basically, you box it all up (crates are better, it needs to be really really sturdy). They collected it, stuck it onto a pallet and delivered it at my new address. Can’t remember what it cost me, but I don’t think it was even half of that for about 20 boxes.

For 390 quid it’s cheaper to fly back and forth and just pay for the extra luggage costs (if any. How much do 50 books weigh?)

We ship furniture all over the world with BAX Global. They do have service in Dublin and Amsterdam. Try http://www.baxworld.com.. Actually these days I find air shipment is cheaper than surface. You will need to know the size and weight of the package to get an accurate quote. Good luck!

50 books I think weigh about 20 to 25 kilos? I reckon 300grams a book.

Do you have one copy of the book yourself? Just weigh that, and then multiply. Same with T-shirt…

And estimate size of the box.

¤390 Sound way too much to me. I shiped 5 boxes of books 25kg each for around about €150.- to Bratislava with TGP.

I’d try UPS. Depneding on which service you choose, package weight, the value of the package and wether or not you use own or use theirs. It should cost somewhere between £70 and £150 and take between 24 or 72 hours.
